He says arey bhai saab. What are you guys doing? This is God's house. Today is the auspicious day of Diwali and you are here to steal? You should be ashamed. One of the guys says hey you old guy. Do you have a problem? Get out of here. Go. Thakur says but…Another guy says get out. You will stop us? You? Let's go. They start taking the box. Thakur says bhai saab this is wrong. A guy says hey…He pulls out a knife and says you mind your own business or you'll die a painful death. Get out of here quietly now.

Abha is looking at her parents picture and says I won't let anything wrong happen to my father. I won't let anything bad happen to him. The picture frame drops and cracks.

Thakur goes out and says to the other people who are around the mandhir listen…Please come here. One guy with the knife is approaching Thakur. Thakur says some goons are stealing from the mandhir.

Abha picks up a piece of glass and hurts herself a bit. One of the guys is right behind Thakur about to stab him when a group on watchers come and attack the goons. The bystanders start beating up the goons. One of the goons says to Thakur we won't spare you. We'll kill you. Then they leave.

Balika Vadhu 25th October 2011 Written Episode

Anandi comes to meet Basanth in the godown, along with Shravan. She requests Basanth to hire Shravan as he is in need of a job. Basanth agrees and Anandi is happy, so is Shravan.

In Mumbai, Gauri tries to get a rickshaw but doesn't find one. Shivani comes there and offers to drop her. She sees that Gauri is upset and takes her along to eat ice-cream. She asks Gauri what the problem is. Gauri tells her she is pregnant. Shivani says this is happy news. Gauri then narrates her history with Jagat to Shivani and feels that her child won't get legal status. Shivani says that children are legally acceptable even if society doesn't accept them. She tells Gauri to not abort due to society or due to career.
Shivani tells Gauri that she lost her husband in a bomb blast and he had wanted to have a child before, but Shivani had refused because of her career. Now she left with no one. Gauri is convinced and thanks Shivani.

Gauri goes to take another rickshaw. Shivani suggests that she will sell her old car to her and Gauri can pay her in installments.Gauri agrees.

Jagat comes home to see an old car parked in front of the house. Gauri tells him its theirs. Gauri's parents and Kunda Tai do pooja happily. Jagat asks Gauri where the car came from, Gauri says Shivani sent it. Jagat looks mad.
In their room Jagat shouts at Gauri for accepting gifts from other people and that it looks cheap. He was going to buy her a car, that too a new one. Gauri gets mad and yells back at Jagya that she is not like him to accept other people's meherbani and that she has bought the car from Shivani and will pay her in installments. [...]

Episode starts with the Gaurav and seema lovely talking i mean Pyar bari batten…And Then Kunal came on terrec..where Siddhi was talking with some girl..Kunal was in anger so he took her in a side by holding her arm tightly and said y she is doing this?? when he told her clearly that there is no need for FAST..then y she is trying to mixed up evrythng. after saying this he gone from there.Seema was watching this..so she stoped him by saying that today mom is smiling today just bcz of Siddhi..If he dont have any feelings or respect abt his and Siddhi relationship then just do for the sake of his mom.She also hand over jewellery box to him by saying that i knw that u dont knw that on Karawachot every husband gifted some gift to his wife. The German Defense Ministry has presented its long-awaited plan to reorganize its military bases, as it prepares to significantly shrink the size of the military. Thirty-one bases are soon to be closed.

Wednesday was a dark day for many German cities and municipalities. They fought to convince the German military, the Bundeswehr, to stay with them, but to no avail. The bad news came from the Defense Ministry in the early hours: 31 military bases will be completely shut down.

Hillary Clinton knew of Qaddafi ‘White Flag’ truce: US drone fired at Qaddafi convoy after negotiated truce

Libyan Leader Muammar Qaddafi was traveling under a negotiated "White Flag" truce last Thursday in an agreement to leave Libya. More claims from sources inside Misrata, Libya that the Libyan National Transitional Council did in fact agree to allow Qaddafi and his convoy safe passage out of Libya.

In addition rebel sources in Misrata claim US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was informed of the "White Flag" truce negotiated and agreed to by Libya's NTC while visiting Libya Wednesday October 19.

A widely read Internet blog site Larry Sinclair.org reveals the above information noting that the site received them from reliable sources inside Libya.

The question now emerge is whether Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama engage in the firing on a White Flag convoy with the intent to assist in the capture and murder of Libyan Leader Muammar Qaddafi?

The web site Larry Sinclair.org further reports: "It is our opinion that the information received from our sources inside Libya is factual. It has also been reported that journalists were not immediately allowed to report from the site of the US Drone attack on Qaddafi's convoy until the rebels had the opportunity to dispose of any remaining evidence of the "White Flags" which were clearly connected to the convoy vehicles."

Report: US, Afghan Troops Forced Locals to Walk Mined Road

Villagers in Afghanistan say they were forced to walk ahead of Afghan and U.S. Soldiers along roads in areas believed to be mined by the Taliban.

National Public Radio reports villagers said the Afghan and U.S. troops pulled them from their homes one evening in early September and forced them to walk in front of the troops for more than a mile in the Panjwai district, southwest of Kandahar city.

No one was injured, but if the incident happened, it would appear to violate the Geneva Conventions governing treatment of civilians, NPR said.

The Afghan general in charge of Afghan troops in the Panjwai district and Panjwai's district governor denied the villagers' accounts, while a spokesman for NATO's joint command said the incident was under investigation.
 
The Panjwai district had been a Taliban stronghold until the U.S. troop surge in 2010 started to displace insurgents, NPR said. The Taliban now use roadside bombs and suicide bombers to fight there, said Faizal Mahmud, the deputy head of Panjwai's council of elders.

He said scores of villagers at a district meeting hall in Panjwai complained last month they had been taken from their homes and forced to walk along roadway in an area believed to be mined by the Taliban.

China Seeks Military Bases In Pak's Restive Tribal Region -- Economic Times

ISLAMABAD: China has expressed an interest in setting up military bases in Pakistan's volatile tribal area or the Northern Areas, close to the restive Chinese province of Xinjiang, to counter the activities of extremists, according to a media report today.

The Chinese desire is aimed at containing the growing terrorist activities of Chinese rebels of the al-Qaeda-linked East Turkestan Islamic Movement, The News daily quoted diplomatic sources as saying.

The Chinese rebels want an independent Islamic state and are reportedly being trained in Pakistan's tribal areas.

In the case of the Tohono O'odham, O'odham are living in desperation as millions from the Desert Diamond casino go to non-Indian management companies, the state of Arizona, and into the pockets of a few corrupt politicians.
All it takes is for reporters to drive through the Tohono O'odham Nation to see that the desperation has not changed in a decade of millions pouring into the Desert Diamond Casino.
O'odham elderly and women with children suffer the most. Many O'odham are without food, without gas, without safe drinking water and without wood in winter.
But reporters would rather live in front of their computers than go out and discover the truth. If they drove out to the Tohono O'odham Nation, they discover the truth: The casino money is not going to the people.

Bigg Boss Season 5 25th October 2011 Written Episode

Day 23: The day started with a big fight between Shraddha and Pooja Bedi over an omlette. Pooja Bedi seems to dislike Shradhha's cooking. On this both of them had an argument & finally Pooja Bedi decides to make her own breakfast. After breakfast, Pooja Bedi and Juhi were discussing Raageshwari's eviction and how the increase in fights since her exit must be affecting her. Shraddha involved herself in the conversation and a few heated words were exchanged between Pooja Bedi and Shraddha.

Bored with the negativity that 10 women and 3 men brought to the house, Vida shared her disappointment with Bigg Boss and said she hoped more men entered the house soon so that the contestants could engage in something other than back-biting and hypocrisy.

A task was announced in the house where contestants were given masks, capes and gloves and were asked to come up with a superhero name and a super power. Contestants were also asked to perform to a song where Lakshmi was made choreographer. While the song was playing and the contestants were performing, Sky (Akashdeep) entered the house in a superhero costume. When Sky entered, he danced seductively with Lakshmi and she pulled off his mask. After everyone had greeted him, the song continued and Sky also continued to dance with Lakshmi.

It seems that the new comer got his first company in the house. Lakshmi took Sky into the room and both of them spoke about the happenings in house and also the outside world for at least for half an hour. Lakshmi made him aware about the catfights going in the house and warned him to stay away from the controversies. Sky, in turn, told her about what is going in the outer world.

SEOUL — In September, under the flags of North Korea and China, North Korean workers began digging at Haesan, a hilly town near the Chinese border, kicking off one of several joint mining ventures. On Oct. 13, a Russian train chugged across the border to celebrate the restoration of a dilapidated Soviet-era rail link between the Russian city of Khasan and the North Korean town of Rajin.

At Haesan, China acquires copper, one of the many abundant mineral reserves lying next door waiting to be exploited. At Rajin, Russia wins access to an ice-free port to export Siberian coal and take in Asian goods it wants to transport to Europe. From both projects, the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-il, counts cash.

The grainy video, shot on a mobile phone, shows three open wooden coffins each containing a body wrapped in a white sheet.

Police versus Occupy protesters in Oakland.

Lots of photos and video.
At around 9:30 p.m., there was a tense faceoff between protesters and police officers on Broadway at 14th Street. About 100 officers, some appearing to be sheriff's deputies, stood behind a metal barricade in full riot gear and wearing gas masks, while on the other side people pressed against the barricade, waving peace signs and chanting slogans. A few protesters hurled objects — what looked like water bottles — at the police, while over a loud speaker, officers instructed people to disperse or risk "chemical agents."
The street-level video looks very chaotic and dramatic. It's pure emotion. Hard for the police to look good from this perspective:

ra.one movie review || sharuk ra..one movie review !!!!!!!!!!


Three characters stand out in this movie. Ra One (Arjun Rampal), G One (Shahrukh Khan) and young Armaan Verma who plays Prateek Subramaniam. Kareena Kapoor for once is thrown into the background, so is SRK (Shekhar Subramanium) who gets his Tamil accent off-centre. The supporting cast would be the action team and the sound engineers led by Resul Pookutty.

The first half is a visual delight. The plot moves slickly from one sequence to another gripping you in the wake of destruction that RA ONE brings along. WOW, is the first word you utter because it's flawless. Technologically, SRK has not left any stone unturned.

It's only after the interval that the plot meanders a bit, loses it sting and almost falls apart like a pixea [...]
