BERKELEY, Calif. -- Alameda Sheriff's officers, which coordinated police the night Marine Scott Olsen was shot in the head, were caught on video on Wednesday beating students at the University of California at Berkeley, including young women, in the stomachs with their nightsticks.
Officers from the Alameda County Sheriff's Department who beat Berkeley students have already been identified by way of photos and videos. The students were engaged in a peaceful protest and stood before officers with arms linked when officers began beating them in the stomachs with their nightsticks, as shows in videos of Occupy Cal, part of the Occupy Wall Street movement. The Alameda Sheriff's Department officers were also present the night Scott Olsen, Marine and member of Iraq Veterans against the War, was shot in the head by a police projectile at Occupy Oakland. Videos reveal unidentified police officers firing riot shotguns at head level into the crowd in the area where Olsen was standing. A second projectile, a flash grenade, was thrown at Olsen after he was hit and was being carried away by bystand [...]

It is now the oldest institution under the Kerala University.

Rockstar Box Office Report/Review

Box Office Report of Rockstar - Rockstar collected an excellent 10.50 crore nett approx at the boxoffice on its first day thanks to huge business at multiplexes. Rockstar opened to a good response at multiplexes with collections on average in the 60-70% range for the morning shows but the single screen response was just around 30-40%. Despite the mixed reports evening and night shows at multiplexes were 80-100% at big cities. Mysore circuit was extraordinary. The Delhi NCR area was also excellent but UP was just average. The film came out with a good first day on the strength of multiplexes. Rockstar has mixed reports and might find it tough at single screens as opening is on the lower side and unlikely to make much headway in mass centres. Normal weekend growth can take the weekend business to around 30-32 crore nett which would be a good total for a film being carried by just multiplexes. The first day territorial breakdown of Rockstar is as follows.

Rishi talks about Indar Sharma and if they are relatives or not. Indiri get mad and showers him with her seriousness. She taunts on how Akshay Kumar and other are jis reletives just because their last names are same. He talks with her in his playful way and she says to live according to the rules of the house. Mother starts crying and goes away. Even Rishi lives saying yes, he should live as a pay guest only.

On the other hand, Munna goes to Indar's house and asks for help. The evil step-mother says no and Indar listens to her as a dog who is afraid of his master. She says things to him that are mean and he also replies back saying he is my father. Who are you to come between us. Indar seems like he wants to help but she holds him back and creates a big thing out of it yelling at Munna and Indar. Her plan seems to be that she will make the Sharma's leave their house. Munna is disappointed in his father.

It is late night 1:00 and everyone is asleep. Indira takes out Indar's photo hidden in her closet. She looks at it and it surely seems as if she misses him. Rishi is going through the box in his barsati and sees the other half of the phota. On the back it said that her birthday is today. Rishi says Happy Birthday Miss Indira Sharma.
